We first met Jacinta when she taught the puppy kindergarten class that our German Shepherd/Australian Shepherd, Mochi, attended.
We learned a lot and taught some basic manners to our dog.
But after about a year Mochi started to bark more and react strongly whenever someone came to the door, and was becoming quite a handful to deal with.
We started working with Jacinta in one-on-one lessons, and only halfway through our training plan Mochi is already calming down, learning how to deal with her stress, and responding better to us.
